What do you focus on?
Do you focus on the negative especially when faced with challenges?
It can feel overwhelming and perhaps even impossible, but by focusing on what you can control and by continuing the forward momentum, you can make a big dent of the perception of “impossibility”.
Just like slow dripping water can cut into a rock, focusing on what you can do positively will yield great results. It starts with a small chip, small first step. Just get started. Don’t be paralyzed but what you can’t do.
Just like John Wooden’s immortal words,
“Do not let what you can not do; interfere with what you can do.”.
